Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. if item have been opened and used a 40% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

We do not accept returns for Change of Mind our Store is an Ecommerce store, should you wish to enquire about any of our products prior to purchases then please contact us via email chloes@soundandimage.com.au for clarification or concerns you may have regarding any of our products prior to your purchase. Should you wish to return a product for Change of Mind without prior contact to us there will be a 50% restocking fee applied. 
You are liable for shipping the products back to us here at PO BOX 8849 GCMC QLD 9726 with a RA Number which you will need to receive via us, should your return not have a RA Number your return will be rejected.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. such as Airtame Wireless HDMI Devices, Airtame Denmark offer a 30 day refund if your not happy with the product however in Australia we do not offer this program.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase attached in via an email and or the returned item/s.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 45 day period. less relevant fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received your refund yet: 
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If Paid via Paypal you can check this online through your pay pal account directly

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under ACL. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chloes@soundandimage.com.au for your RA Number and send your item to: PO BOX 8849 GCMC QLD 9726

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Paypal Fees 
Upon returning item for refund you are liable for all paypal processing fees incurred within the transactional period paypal fees at max 5% of the original transaction amount.

Unless Authorised by Sound and Image Group if you are reselling any products and or services supplied by us then there will be no returns accepted without prior consent weather your client has a change of mind or product not suitable for client.. please contact us prior to your purchase.
